Welcome to The Hideout. We hope that you have had a safe journey and that you are ready to enjoy your holidays.

We are happy to be able to welcome you as our guests in our new apartment and we hope that you will enjoy and appreciate it as much as we do.

The apartment was handed over to us early December and we have worked hard to finish it.

Parking space
The Hideout has two parking spots in front of the apartment. Should you require more parking space we kindly ask you to park your vehicle on the parking which can be found nearby the Plattenalm on the other side of Silberleiten.

Garbage
We kindly ask you to dispose of your garbage in the area dedicated to this which you can find nearby the house nr. 172.

Sauna
To use the sauna, please switch it on and then set the temperature at 85 degrees by turning the button on the right site. Once set at 85 degrees confirm the setting by pushing on the middle of the button.

Fireplace
Unfortunately the glass in the fireplace has been damaged during the installation. Please be careful not to cut yourself as the glass is broken on the corner. The fireplace can be used safely, but only requires you to leave the door to the nearby balcony a little open in order to get sufficient air supply. The usage of the fireplace in combination with the extractor hood above the stove in its highest mode is not possible as it will aspire smoke into the living room. Wood for the fireplace can be found on the balcony.

Small children
Specific attention is required with small children at the dining table. Please make sure that small children do not stand on the bench in order to avoid danger of falling down the staircase. We have ordered a safety screen that can be put on the glass panel, but unfortunately this screen has not been delivered yet.

House rules:
We kindly ask you to respect a few house rules:
- Please do not use the dining table chairs outside.
- There is a skiing shoe drying down in the basement. Please take off your skiing shoes at the front door and do not walk with skiing shoes on the stairs.
- We have a Nespresso coffee machine, but if you would rather have filter coffee, there is a filter coffee machine in the cupboard below the sink. There you also find a bread toaster and a tosti machine.
- The two small wooden tables can be used as extra chairs at the dining table.
